Description
The Town of Mansfield is seeking a qualified firm to provide plan and design services for ADA and other improvements at Sunny Acres Park and Southeast Park. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a comprehensive plan and design that meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other relevant regulations. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, conducting a site analysis, developing a preliminary design, and preparing a final design package. The firm will also be required to participate in a pre-bid meeting and provide all necessary documentation and certifications.
• The firm must have experience in providing plan and design services for similar projects.
• The firm must have a thorough understanding of ADA regulations and requirements.
• The firm must be able to provide a comprehensive plan and design that meets the needs of the Town and its residents.
• The firm must be able to work effectively with Town staff and other stakeholders to ensure a successful project.
• The firm must be able to provide all necessary documentation and certifications, including insurance certificates and performance bonds.
