BTC NORTH DRIVEWAY IMPROVEMENTS

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking bids for the Bonneville Transit Center North Driveway Improvements Project. The project aims to improve the ingress and egress for buses at the Bonneville Transit Center, located at 101 East Bonneville Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101. The scope of work includes civil improvements, such as removals and replacement of concrete pavements, cross gutter and spandrel, sidewalks, adjustments to existing utility access boxes, pavement markings, advisory signage, and landscape irrigation. • The project is federally funded, and the contractor must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.1379 or 338.1382 to bid on the contract. • The bid proposal must be submitted through the NGEM portal by the deadline, and the bidder must provide all the required attachments and information. • The bidder must attend a pre-bid conference and a site walk visit, and must submit any questions or requests for addenda by the specified deadline. • The contractor must provide the required bonds and insurance, and must execute and return the required RTC-Contractor Agreement and all required attachments.
