Description
The Navajo Nation Division of Aging and Long‑Term Care Support seeks a qualified contractor to repair and upgrade the parking lot and sidewalks at the Teesto Senior Center, including new construction of additional parking lots and an entry road. The work must meet Navajo Nation construction standards, include all labor, materials, equipment, and cleanup, and incorporate a 6 % Navajo Nation sales tax in the cost proposal.
• Resurface and stripe the existing parking lot, install a 5‑ft sidewalk, and provide one ADA‑compliant parking space with signage.
• Construct two new parking lots with striping and a new entry‑road asphalt paving.
• Provide all necessary equipment, safety barriers, painting, and site cleanup; include required Navajo Nation business‑priority certification and mandatory forms.
