The Town of Waterford is seeking a contractor to construct a new 9,988 sf fire station on a new site location, including the abatement and demolition of the existing fire station once the new is complete. The project includes excavation, fill, and construction of the new fire station. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage laws.
