Swimming Pool Resurfacing – Main Pool and Wading Pool

The City of Clermont is seeking a contractor to resurface the main swimming pool and wading pool. The scope of work includes draining the pools, removing existing plaster and tiles, repairing surface defects, and applying a new finish. The contractor will be responsible for all surface preparation, material application, water refilling, debris removal, and site cleanup. The project must be completed within 45 calendar days from the issuance of the purchase order and/or notice to proceed. • The main pool has an area of 2,700 sq. ft., a perimeter of 250 ft., and a volume of 80,784 gallons. • The wading pool has an area of 450 sq. ft., a perimeter of 90 ft., and a volume of 2,525 gallons. • The contractor must provide progress photos and documentation of any damage or disrepair. • The contractor must notify the City Project Manager immediately and schedule an on-site inspection before proceeding with corrective work. • The contractor must provide a written proposal and cost estimate for any additional work within 72 hours of the meeting.
