Description
The Asheville City Schools is seeking proposals for the demolition of the old grounds shop at Asheville High School. The project involves the complete removal and disposal of the building and concrete pad, and cleaning the surrounding area. The building is approximately 48 ft x 25 ft with 8 ft ceilings and sustained damage during Hurricane Helene in 2024. An Environmental Survey has already been completed and is all clear of asbestos and lead. The proposer must provide a detailed proposal, including a description of their experience with similar projects, their ability to perform the work, and their cost. The evaluation criteria will include the proposer's experience, ability, and cost.
