MN DNR TRAFx Trail Counter

The State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking bids for the purchase of TRAFx Trail Counters for the Division of Parks and Trails. The equipment will be delivered to St. Paul, Minnesota. The contract term is anticipated to be from February 2026 to June 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 1 year. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $10,000 to $30,000. • The contractor must provide a TRAFx Trail Counter that meets the specifications detailed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work. • The contractor must provide equipment sales literature, technical data, or specifications, a user manual, or other documentation about the product upon request by the State. • The contractor must provide any license agreements, maintenance agreements, or other terms and conditions relevant to the work under a resulting contract. • The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the prohibition on providing goods containing triclosan, coal tar, or polybrominated diphenyl ether.
