Grant Administration/Professional Services

The County of Orange is seeking a qualified Professional Administrator or Service Provider to prepare an application for the 2027-2028 Texas Community Development Fund from the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program. The selected provider will also administer the contract if awarded. The services are intended to support eligible activities in Orange County. • The proposal should include a statement of qualifications for the proposed services. • The County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all proposers. • Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals. • Orange County is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
