Exterior Facade Repair

The U.S. Consulate General, Karachi is seeking a contractor to perform exterior facade repair. The contractor will be selected based on the lowest price, and the contract will be awarded without discussions, unless necessary. The pre-bid site visit was conducted on July 8th, 2026, and all relevant questions must be submitted by July 1st, 2026. The quotation must be submitted in English, and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. • The contractor must complete and submit the required documents, including SF-1442, Section A, Pricing, Section L Representations and Certifications, and additional information as required in Section J&K. • The proposal must be submitted electronically in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format, not exceeding 30MB. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the submission deadline.
