Notice of Intent to Sole Source 6.3 acres of under-utilized land at NASA Kennedy Space Center

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) intends to sole source the use of approximately 6.3 acres of under-utilized land at the Kennedy Space Center. The land will be used to support NASA's mission by advancing the commercial space economy. The proposed Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) is a reasonable expansion to a current tenant to provide additional acreage for vehicle parking during a period of heavy construction activities. • The land is located along Roberts Road at the Kennedy Space Center. • The proposed EUL is intended to support NASA's mission and advance the commercial space economy. • Responses received by March 13, 2026, will be used to assess additional market interest and determine the terms of the facility.
