The Navy is issuing a small‑business set‑aside, competitive Firm‑Fixed‑Price contract to provide comprehensive facility support services at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC. The contractor will be responsible for day‑to‑day facility management, capital‑investment planning, integrated solid‑waste handling, pavement clearing, and utility services (water, electricity, HVAC, steam, chilled water, etc.) for all NRL buildings, structures, and equipment. Work will commence in February 2028 and run for an eight‑year base period with a possible six‑month extension.
