Description
The Hamilton County Highway Department is requesting quotes for modular block wall and pedestrian handrail repairs at Bridge No. 191 carrying Olio Road over Geist Reservoir. The scope of work includes removing damaged pedestrian railing and foundations, installing temporary shoring, removing backfill, removing and resetting or replacing damaged modular blocks, and installing new backfill and pedestrian handrail.
• The contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the performance of the contract.
• The contractor shall guarantee the work for a period of one year after final acceptance of the project.
• The contract completion date is prior to July 31, 2026.
• The contractor shall verify the elevation and measurements of all points where new construction is to match existing conditions prior to the commencement of any construction activities.
