Description
The City of Sandersville is seeking bids for the demolition of the old arcade building at 157 E. Church Street. The scope of work includes complete demolition, material salvage, debris removal, and post-demolition site preparation. The project is expected to start on April 6, 2026, and last for 30 calendar days. The bid must include the total cost of the equipment and installation, estimated project start date, and a description of the equipment features and warranty provided.
• The bid must be submitted prior to the deadline of March 3rd, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
• The bid must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked "DEMOLITION & SITE PREPARATION PROPOSAL".
• The bid must include a completed W-9 Form.
• Questions will be answered until 4:30 pm on February 24, 2026, by addendum posted on the city's website.
