Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to deliver 15,000 gallons of Purge Fluid that meets the requirements of Mil-Spec: MIL-PRF-38299E. The fluid will be used for purging and preserving fuel tanks of Military jet aircraft before hangaring and conducting maintenance operations. The contractor must deliver the fluid within 3 weeks after contract award, and the delivery and acceptance of all orders shall be at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
• The Purge Fluid must meet the chemical and physical requirements specified in Table I of the Mil-Spec: MIL-PRF-38299E.
• The contractor must provide a CAGE code when submitting the offer.
• The contractor must ensure the quote submitted is clear and excludes inconsistencies.
• The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
