Description
The State of South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a unified statewide enterprise survey platform for the South Carolina School Climate Surveys (SCSCS). The platform should be able to ingest and publish data via the Ed-Fi API. The vendor will be responsible for configuring the survey platform, providing training and support, and ensuring the security and integrity of the data. The contract will be for a period of five years, with the option to renew for additional one-year periods.
• The vendor must provide a resource-based pricing model, with costs based on transparent, enterprise-level pricing.
• The vendor must provide access to a variety of established, research-supported survey instruments.
• The vendor must provide training and support for school and district personnel on the survey administration platform.
• The vendor must ensure the security and integrity of the data, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The vendor must provide a detailed breakdown of all expected costs, and demonstrate transparency and clarity in how resource usage and associated costs are tracked and billed.
