Description
The State of Colorado is seeking a contractor to replace the roof at the Dale Tooley State Office Building, located at 690 Kipling Street, Lakewood, CO 80125. The project involves removing the existing ballasted EPDM roof and replacing it with a new fully adhered EPDM roof.
