Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a vendor to provide Open, Inspect and Report (OIR) and repair services for QUANTAR BASE STATION, VTS CONF, NSN: 5840-01-628-3408, MFG Part Number: T5365A-25WATT. The requirement is for eight units. The OIR is an evaluation to determine if the units can be repaired below beyond economical repair costs. The vendor will be required to open, inspect, and report on each unit, and then repair the units to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards. The repaired units will be individually packaged and returned to the USCG. The period of performance for this requirement is 45 days, with 15 days for the OIR and 30 days for the repair.
• The vendor must provide a quote that includes cost breakdown, unit price, extended price, payment terms, and discount offered for prompt payment.
• The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of offer submission and award.
• The USCG reserves the right to reject any quote that includes exceptions and/or deviations from the requirements.
• The evaluation will be based on the lowest-price technically acceptable quote.
