The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole-Source contract to Surgical Science / Simbionix USA Corp / Mimic Technologies, Inc. for Software Update and Annual Services. The contract is for the Richmond Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) and includes the Endo suite S/N ES 058-01-22 and Ultrasound mentor S/N US 037-02-18. The justification for this non-competitive solicitation is due to Surgical Science / Simbionix USA Corp / Mimic Technologies, Inc, being the sole supplier of requested service to the VA Hospital and Health Care Center. * The contract is for a highly specialized product with no acceptable alternative sources. * The contract includes software updates and annual services for the Endo suite and Ultrasound mentor. * Interested parties may submit capability statements to the Contracting Specialist within three calendar days of this publication. * The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date on or about February 17, 2026.
