Description
The City of Havelock is seeking informal bids to replace two aging manhole structures on Daniels Court and install approximately 40 feet of new 8‑inch SDR35 PVC gravity sewer pipe. The contractor must remove existing brick manholes, install precast concrete manholes with ballast rings, replace terracotta pipe with PVC, perform dewatering, provide a bypass system if needed, backfill with approved stone material, and restore the driveway, garden bed, mailbox, and any disturbed pavement to equal or better condition. The work must be completed within a 30‑day performance period, adhere to all local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations, and include required permits, traffic control, and E‑Verify compliance.
