Description
The County is seeking a vendor to supply fifteen double‑offset butterfly valve assemblies (sizes 54‑in. to 108‑in.) with compatible gear‑boxes and required extensions for two water‑treatment filter plants in Buford, GA. The valves must meet AWWA C504/C516, NSF‑61, and related standards; existing electrical actuators will be reused. Delivery is FOB destination to each plant site, with all documentation, manuals, and certifications provided at bid submission.
• Supply 15 large‑diameter double‑offset butterfly valves with gear‑boxes (including 4 × 108‑in., 2 × 96‑in., 3 × 54‑in., 4 × 72‑in., etc.).
• Provide stainless‑steel (or carbon‑steel where specified) extensions to connect gear‑boxes to existing actuators.
• Deliver complete product data packs (drawings, material certificates, O&M manuals, spare‑parts list) and meet stringent leak‑tight testing criteria.
• Meet all bid requirements (signed addenda, E‑Verify, ethics affidavits, performance bonds if required) and submit sealed bids by July 15, 2026.
