Description
The United States Navy is seeking a vendor to provide PTC Mathcad Prime software licenses. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, and the vendor must provide a method for administration of licenses, directions for use on NCMI networks and NMCI standard computer, and a user help email or phone number. The vendor must also provide five floating licenses, part number SPN-7502-L-, which are "trusted product" version PTC Mathcad Prime version 14.0.2.5.
• The contract is a small business set-aside, and only authorized PTC Mathcad Prime resellers are eligible for award.
• The vendor must provide a quote that includes the technical qualifications and evidence of being an authorized PTC Mathcad Prime reseller.
• The evaluation factors for award will be technical acceptability and price, and the award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror.
• The submission deadline is 26 May 2026, 8:00AM EST, and late submissions will not be accepted.
