Description
The Town of Westerly/Westerly Public Schools is seeking quotations for the provision of cold patch, hot patch, asphalt emulsion, and concrete for road and sidewalk repairs. The successful bidder will be required to provide all materials and equipment, FOB jobsite, and must be able to deliver products on a 24-hour notice. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to extend. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
