Description
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking a contractor to provide antenna maintenance services at the Federal Regional Center-4 LP-1001CA. The contractor will be required to provide firm-fixed pricing for the services specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The technical approach should not include prices, and the price breakdown should be provided as a separate document. The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical approach, past performance, and price.
• The contractor must describe their technical methodologies, techniques, processes, plans, and other information for accomplishing SOW technical requirements.
• The contractor must provide past performance information for services directly related and relevant to the services to be performed under the SOW.
• The contractor must provide a cost breakdown to show the labor, travel, material costs, and other direct costs to show how the final firm fixed price amount was calculated.
