Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) Services

The State of CT - DAS Procurement is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the installation of a code-compliant sprinkler system and related renovations at the Greater Bridgeport Community Mental Health Center. The scope of work includes the installation of a new building fire pump, one new exterior emergency generator and associated fuel storage tank, HVAC systems, and related building repairs, finish restoration, and site modifications. The CMR will be responsible for providing services in support of the project, including construction management and oversight. • The project involves the installation of a code-compliant sprinkler system for the 8-story mental health facility. • The project includes the installation of a new building fire pump, one new exterior emergency generator, and associated fuel storage tank. • The project requires HVAC systems and related building repairs, finish restoration, and site modifications. • The project involves the construction of a bituminous driveway, utility modifications if required, a new curb cut, and restoration of the lawn area.
