The Town of Hampton, NH is soliciting qualified firms to perform a comprehensive full revaluation (Rev 601.23) of all taxable and nontaxable properties within the municipality. The effort will establish a new base year value as of April 1 2028, requiring measurement, listing, data collection, market analysis, calibration of the Vision CAMA system, and delivery of a USPAP‑compliant appraisal report.
