Description
The City of Norman is seeking qualified contractors to perform a city‑wide sidewalk reconstruction program for fiscal year 2027. The work includes the removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks, driveways, and handicap ramps, as well as the relocation and adjustment of water meters, valve boxes, and related utilities. Additional tasks cover the restoration of disturbed landscaping and irrigation systems.
