Description
The U.S. Embassy Nepal has a requirement for Air Conditioners. The contractor shall supply and deliver new and authentic Air conditioners to U.S. Embassy Nepal. The contractor shall also provide logistics, customs, shipping, transportation, insurance, administrative, and all associated management support functions. The contract is a firm-fixed price type of purchase order/contract. The contractor must deliver all items within 30 days after the date of contract award.
• The contractor must provide air conditioners that meet the required technical specifications, including energy efficiency ratio, air filter specifications, and refrigerant gas disclosure.
• The contractor must provide documentation, including manufacturer's specification sheets, installation manuals, and operation manuals.
• The contractor must have an established after-sales servicing and repair center located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
• The contractor must provide spare parts for the offered product until December 2027.
