Request for Information - F-15 Flow Control Valve

The United States Air Force is seeking to establish a self-sufficient, organic maintenance and repair capability for the F-15EX aircraft. The primary goal is to maximize the reuse of existing F-15 legacy capability and capacity to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency. The Air Force plans to award a sole-source, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to ITT Aerospace Controls LLC for the procurement of Flow Control Valves and associated Depot Activation actions. The contract will facilitate Depot Activation, a process to establish the capability for comprehensive overhaul, upgrading, or rebuilding of parts and subassemblies. The scope of work includes acquiring the required hardware, software, test, technical publication, training, supply support, packaging, support equipment, and data for the designated Air Logistics Complex (ALC) to repair the depot-level repairable Flow Control Valves. Key aspects of the project include: • Establishing an organic, depot-level repair capability for the F-15EX Flow Control Valves • Acquiring the required hardware, software, and technical data rights necessary for Depot Activation • Providing field and depot-level support, engineering, and provisioning for the Flow Control Valves • Negotiating licenses for sensitive data needed to repair the Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) • Delivering a complete product support package to the designated ALC(s)
