Description
The State of Vermont Military Department is seeking bids for underground locating services. The contract will consist of providing all labor, materials, and equipment for general underground locating located at Vermont statewide. The contract is for two years with options to extend for a total of 5 years. Bidders must comply with all instructions and requirements of the bid solicitation, and submission of a bid is evidence that the contractor understands all contract requirements.
• The contract will require compliance with DoD Access Control standards and procedures.
• Contractors and associated sub-contractors will be required to undergo background checks.
• The State of Vermont Military Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
• Questions must be submitted in writing by email to the contract representative by August 25th, 2026, 3:00 PM ET.
