Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a vendor to produce 25,000 custom #10 window envelopes (4 1/8 × 9 1/2 in) with a Pantone 280 Blue printed front, a transparent window, and 125 “Blue Label” departmental random copies. The work includes typesetting a supplied PDF, offset (non‑digital) printing, envelope construction (diagonal seams, gummed flap), quality‑assured inspection, and traceable shipment to the Fargo VA Health Care System.
• Must use JCP Code V20 24 lb white paper and meet GPO PUB 310.1 quality standards.
• One press‑quality PDF soft proof required before printing; proof must be approved within one workday.
• Delivery required by 20 Oct 2026, with warranty of one calendar year from final‑payment check.
• Vendor may subcontract presswork/envelope construction under GPO contract clause 6 and must provide required GPO forms (917, 905, 2678).
