Description
The State of California’s Department of General Services is seeking property owners or authorized agents to lease a large warehouse facility in Sacramento. The lease must include approximately 185,265 net usable square feet of warehouse space, an additional 20,000 net usable square feet of secured yard space, and provision of 11 electric‑vehicle charging ports. The buildings must be asbestos‑free, meet seismic, ADA, California Building Code, and Title 24 standards, be near public transportation, and satisfy Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) requirements. Preference will be given to properties that have LEED or Energy Star certification where cost‑effective.
