Description
The Whitfield County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals for fence replacement at Riverbend Park and Westside Park Miracle League Field. The project involves removal and replacement of fence fabric, installation, and disposal of old fence. The contractor will furnish all ties, nuts, and bolts needed for replacement. The proposal should include the total proposed price, alternate extra price for 6 gauge wire core at Riverbend for six feet high fence, and documentation of fence gauge from the manufacturer.
• The project requires black vinyl 6 gauge core on all fence 10 foot or higher and 9 gauge core wire for six foot high fence.
• The contractor must remove and replace all fence fabric except for outfield perimeter fence at Riverbend Park.
• The contractor must remove and replace all 4 foot fence fabric at Miracle Field.
• The contractor must replace top rail and double gate with strong arm double gate latch at Miracle Field.
• The contractor must include new strong arm double gate latches for drive thru gates and eight extra latches.
