VSFB Natural Gas Leak Survey

The United States Space Force is seeking information from potential vendors to perform a natural gas leak detection survey on Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The survey will cover 55 miles of gas distribution lines and will require the use of mobile electronic gas leak detection equipment. The contractor will be responsible for identifying and reporting all leaks, as well as providing a final report and marked set of drawings. The contract will be a firm-fixed-priced contract with a period of performance of five 12-month ordering periods. • The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a sufficient workforce to ensure uninterrupted performance of all tasks. • The contractor will be required to provide company identification tags and vehicle identification at no additional cost to the government. • The contractor will be responsible for scheduling access and escorts for contractor personnel while performing contract requirements. • The contractor will be required to comply with all security requirements established by the Installation Commander.
