The Montebello Unified School District is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide full‑service design and construction‑administration for new Transitional Kindergarten (TK) restroom facilities at Wilcox Elementary School. The scope includes pre‑design research, site surveying, architectural and engineering design (MEP, structural, low‑voltage), fire‑alarm system design, preparation of construction documents for DSA approval, bid assistance, and on‑site construction administration through project completion. The contract is limited to $119,100 and must comply with California insurance, licensing, and prevailing‑wage requirements.
• Deliver complete design packages (architectural, structural, MEP) and secure DSA approval.
• Conduct topographic and utility surveys, and provide construction‑admin services, including bi‑weekly site meetings.
