CDBG Grant Writing and Administration RFP

The City of Alma is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide grant writing and administration services for public infrastructure improvements and community development projects. The services may include identification of funding opportunities, preparation and submission of grant applications, coordination with funding agencies, compliance with grant requirements, reporting and documentation, and project monitoring and closeout. The City anticipates pursuing federal and/or state funding (CDBG) for community development, infrastructure, and related needs. • The selected firm or individual will be responsible for providing grant writing and administration services. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. • The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable civil rights laws and Section 3 requirements. • The proposal evaluation will be based on experience with grant writing and administration, knowledge of applicable funding programs, familiarity with the City of Alma and surrounding region, project approach and timeline, and cost considerations.
