Training Kits

The State of Nevada is soliciting bids for the purchase of training kits to train employees on Crucial Conversations for Accountability. The kits must include all necessary guides and materials to result in a course completion certificate following a maximum of a six-week learning experience. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the kits to the State of Nevada. The bid includes two items: the training kits and shipping charges estimated at $4,550.00. • The kits must be fit for the particular purpose set forth in the Contract/Purchase Order. • The kits must be of good quality, free from defects, and conform to the standards, specifications, and descriptions set forth in the Contract/Purchase Order. • The vendor must provide a full warranty for the kits, including a warranty for fitness for a particular purpose, fitness for ordinary use, and conformity to the standards, specifications, and descriptions set forth in the Contract/Purchase Order. • The vendor must also provide a software warranty, if applicable, and a hardware warranty, if applicable.
