The City of Salina is soliciting bids for the demolition, design, and construction of a new scale house and entrance improvements at its municipal solid‑waste landfill. The work includes complete site grading, utility installation, pavement and curb construction, new fencing, lighting, and a remote‑operated gate, plus a new scale‑house building with two truck scales. This is a multi‑disciplinary civil‑construction effort that will require coordination of earthwork, concrete, structural, mechanical, electrical, and erosion‑control tasks.
