The City of Cleveland is seeking competitive sealed bids to supply and deliver replacement metal doors, frames, and associated hardware for the Nottingham Water‑Treatment Plant. The scope covers multiple buildings, with each item required to be FOB to the designated city location, include all shipping costs in the unit price, and be delivered within a specified number of work days after order receipt. Bidders must also provide product data, warranties, MSDS, and mandatory compliance forms (Northern Ireland Fair Employment Affidavit and Wage‑Theft Disclosure).
• Supply of metal doors (18 ga, insulated, top‑cap), frames (14 ga, galvannealed, primed) and hardware (mortise locksets, manual closers, rim exit devices, weather‑stripping) for several building areas.
• All items are “Reuse Existing Core,” meaning existing door frames and hardware will be retained where possible; only the doors and associated components are to be replaced.
• Mandatory bid package includes the completed RFB form, Northern Ireland affidavit, wage‑theft disclosure, MSDS for each product, and any warranty or data sheets; submissions must be emailed to [email protected] (or mailed in a sealed envelope) by the deadline.
• No installation of demolition, masonry, flooring, or painting is included; the vendor’s price must embed all freight charges and be FOB to the city’s purchase order location.
