ITB-LD 153-2025 ADA Shower Conversion (Hollywood)

The Seminole Tribe of Florida is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide ADA renovation services at the Hollywood Reservation. The scope of work includes demolishing and responsibly disposing of existing bathroom shower wall tiles and floor tiles, installing new shower wall tile, shower floor tile, and a swing tempered glass shower door, and providing ADA-approved shower fixtures. The contractor must also provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the total completion of the scope of work. The project must be completed within 20 calendar days. Key requirements include: • 5 years of experience in providing similar services • A current certified license relevant to these services • Proof of insurance consistent with the requirements listed in Attachment B – Insurance Requirements • The ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM unless otherwise specified by the TRIBE’s Project Manager • The ability to provide all required exhibits according to Exhibit A – Exhibit Z (attached separately) The contractor must also attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on November 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM (ET) at 6520 Osceola Circle West, Hollywood, FL 33024.
