25-77 Redevelopment of Properties located at Kennedy Plaza West Pavilion

The City of Atlantic City is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of the Kennedy Plaza West Pavilion, a historically significant property located on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. The city is looking for a developer to design and construct a ratable use on the property, which could include a small café or restaurant.
