Rhaspody Intergration Engine IMMTRAC Maintenance

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Rhapsody Integration Engine (One Production and One Test) IMMTRAC maintenance and support. The required services to be provided are maintenance and support for Rhapsody Integration Engine, including all services provided online, perpetual support and maintenance, and annual support of Rhapsody Integration Engine. The contractor shall perform contracted services, including any minor adjustment call-back services, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Central Time). • The scope of work includes maintenance and support for Rhapsody Integration Engine • The contract term is not specified, but the initial contract term is mentioned • The procurement schedule dates are subject to change • The contractor shall respond to all service calls within four hours of HHS Agency request • The contractor shall not interfere with normal flow of HHS Agency business at the service location • The contractor shall provide all services online • The contractor shall provide perpetual support and maintenance • The contractor shall provide annual support of Rhapsody Integration Engine
