Supply and Delivery of Paint and Related Supplies

The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of paint and related supplies. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bidder will be required to enter into a written agreement with HACLA and provide insurance certificates and endorsements prior to contract execution. The contract is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. • The contract requires the bidder to provide paint and related supplies to HACLA's public housing units. • The bidder must comply with HACLA's Procurement Policy and applicable state and federal laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide a certification of product compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act. • The bidder must provide a Section 3 Economic Opportunity Plan and Section 3 Business Concern Self-Certification forms. • The bidder must make a good-faith effort to assist HACLA in meeting its anticipated levels of participation for minority business enterprises and women's business enterprises.
