Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for the demolition of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. The selected contractor will be required to provide services for the GDOT project identified, and the anticipated scope of work includes the demolition of structures and removal of debris. The contractor must be pre-qualified in the Right of Way Property Management service class and must provide a bid price that includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for completion of the demolition project.
