DHS PUB 780 ENGLISH/ SPANISH SELF COVER BOOKLETS

The Department of Technology, Management & Budget is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for self-cover booklets in English and Spanish. The quantity required is 10,000 for English and 5,000 for Spanish. The booklets should have a finish size of 5.5" x 8.5" and be printed with 4/4c ink with bleeds. The cover and text should be 80# matte text self-cover, and the bindery should be saddle stitch along the 8.5" side. The packing requirements include shrink wrapping in 50's, carton pack with version label on boxes, and no more than 40 lbs per box. The vendor must attach a detailed estimate to their bid, and the bid will be awarded based on best price and value to the state.
