Judson Independent School District seeks a qualified pool of vendors to deliver professional development, consulting, speaking, and program‑presentation services for staff and students on an “as‑needed” basis. The work covers a broad spectrum of instructional and support areas—including core academics, STEM, special education, SEL, technology integration, and more—delivered on‑site (or virtual) throughout the district. Services are not volume‑guaranteed; the district will issue purchase orders as needs arise, with a two‑year base term and optional one‑year extensions (up to five years total). Vendors must meet extensive Texas‑state and federal compliance requirements (insurance, background checks, SB 9, SB 12, Buy‑America, etc.) and submit a sealed hard‑copy proposal with numerous required forms.
• Provide on‑demand PD workshops, coaching, curriculum support, and speaker engagements across K‑12 content and support domains.
• Deliver services at district facilities; no minimum work volume guaranteed, but contracts may extend up to five years.
• Must satisfy rigorous insurance, background‑check, and certification requirements (SB 9, SB 12, TEA registry, etc.).
• Pricing is heavily weighted (50 %) in a weighted evaluation; proposals must include detailed cost breakdowns.
• Payment is monthly, net 30 days after receipt of correct invoices.
