Activities Building Exterior Rehabilitation

The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking bids for the Activities Building Exterior Rehabilitation at Roberto Clemente State Park. The project includes removal of existing brick and replacement with new bricks, localized brick face tile repairing, localized brick repointing, parapet rebuilding, localized cast stone coping repairing and replacement, and cleaning of brick facades. The contract term is 504 calendar days. The bid submission deadline is October 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM. • The project requires a lump sum prime contract. • The bid schedule and subsequent work schedule have been established by NYS OPRHP. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM. • All Requests For Information (RFIs) are due by October 6, 2025, at 5:00 PM. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond. • The project has a Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) goal of 18% and a Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) goal of 12%. • The project has a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) goal of 0%.
