Description
The Rogers City Area Schools is soliciting proposals for the removal and replacement of the North West High School roof, approximately 13,000 square feet. The project includes the installation of a new tapered insulation system, Versico's 60-mil Gray TPO roofing system, and new 24-gauge galvanized Kynar 500 finish edge metal. The contractor must be a licensed and insured contractor in the State of Michigan, a Versico Gold Metal or Kings Court authorized contractor, and have a staffed office within 100 miles or 1 hour of the project site.
• The project requires a 20-year Total System Warranty covering both labor and material with no dollar limitation.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the roofing system, type, and manufacturer.
• The contractor must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer indicating they are an authorized installer.
• The contractor must provide a warranty response time statement.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonds.
