Sewer Pump Station Improvements

The City of Clemson is seeking a contractor to upgrade its sewer infrastructure in Clemson, SC. The scope includes replacing existing 12‑inch ductile‑iron gravity sewer lines with new 18‑inch lines, installing 16 new manholes, demolishing and rebuilding Pump Station No. 5, and expanding Pump Station No. 7 to increase capacity. This project will improve hydraulic performance and accommodate future growth. • Replace 2,800 LF of 12″ ductile‑iron sewer with 18″ ductile‑iron sewer. • Install 16 new manholes associated with the new pipe alignment. • Demolish existing Pump Station 5 and install a new unit sized for 200 GPM. • Expand Pump Station 7 capacity from 900 GPM to 1,500 GPM. • Provide all related civil, mechanical, and electrical work, including site restoration.
