The work includes printing four‑color process decals on white gloss‑finish vinyl, custom die‑cutting to specific shapes, gloss coating, shrink‑wrapping in 100‑unit bundles, and delivering the finished product to Columbus, Ohio by the stipulated date. The contractor must provide pre‑production samples, adhere to strict packaging and labeling requirements, and submit billing packages within 15 days of delivery.
