Description
The Navajo Nation Division of Transportation is seeking a qualified contractor to design‑build a 5.36‑mile (8.635 km) roadway corridor in the Fort Defiance area. The scope includes full earthwork, subgrade stabilization, aggregate‑base and asphalt paving, bridge and drainage structure construction, gabion walls, rock‑fall fencing, water‑line installation, utility relocations, guardrails, fencing, signage, striping, and associated temporary erosion‑control measures. The contract will be awarded under a competitive sealed‑proposal process, with a substantial‑completion schedule of roughly 280‑300 working days after notice‑to‑proceed.
